The Hualalai Resort Spa will be undergoing enhancements to the outdoor aqua-thermal areas of both the men's and women's locker rooms. During this time, massage, body, and facial treatments will be temporarily relocated to the Makaloa Villa. Guests will continue to have access to the infrared sauna, hot tub, and pool, with a temporary cold plunge and infrared sauna also available near the Spa Lap Pool.

The capacious living room, dining area, and kitchen occupy the upper level. Vaulted ceilings, upgraded bamboo flooring, sleek furnishings and natural light complement the villa's open layout. Bold and minimalist, warm and earthy, a contemporary Asian aesthetic is expertly woven into the art and design throughout the home. Large flat screen TV and ample plush seating, dining table for six, and bar stools facing into the gourmet kitchen make this area the inherent social hub of the home. Pocket doors open out to the large upstairs lanai with seating for eight. Unwind and gaze out over golf course grounds, lava rock, and colorful foliage to the Pacific Ocean and glorious sunsets beyond. The kitchen offers high end appliances, bountiful countertops, plenty of storage area, and a view of the sea from the kitchen sink. A built-in office nook with printer/scanner/copier resides at the far end of the kitchen with double doors that lead out to a cheerful breakfast balcony.
Downstairs, the spacious and refined Primary bedroom features a king sized bed, covered wooden lanai with modern circular daybeds, and walk-in closet. The ensuite primary bath is appointed with dual sinks, oversized soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. A glass door from the primary bath opens to an outdoor shower deck enclosed by privacy walls.
A lovely bonus room with wet bar, a large flatscreen TV, queen size sleeper sofa and deck adjoins the downstairs primary via pocket doors. This extra space can be used as an additional family room or the pocket doors could be opened to extend the primary suite.
The second bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, CD/MP3 player and a private balcony. A full bathroom with granite countertops and walk-in shower is right across the hall. The third bedroom (upper level) offers a queen sized bed and private balcony looking out on the tropically landscaped courtyard with a beautiful bright red jacaranda tree. The third full bath with granite countertops and walk-in shower lies just outside the door.

Daily resort fees, which are not included in the rental rate, are necessary to access Hualalai Resort amenities but are not required for booking this residential vacation rental. Access to Resort amenities is available to our guests for an additional fee per person per day, subject to seasonal restrictions. From 2025 to January 3, 2026, the daily resort guest fee ranges from $75 to $230 per person, plus taxes. Guests can opt-in for Resort access for a minimum of 2 consecutive days, with the entire household required to participate. These fees are paid directly to the Resort, which operates independently from our company and does not control the administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations. After your reservation with our company is confirmed, we will provide the Resort with your contact information.
