Welcome to Little Bere apartment, a very spacious ground floor holiday retreat with an abundance of character. Located within the delightful village of Lifton, you are ideally placed to explore both Devon and Cornwall due to the close proximity of the border between both counties.
Once inside you are greeted by a superb, modern kitchen/dining area with fabulous range oven and great range of white goods. There is an island where any meal can be prepared in style to be enjoyed at the classy dining table. The living room has wooden beams, dark wooden flooring and boasts very comfortable seating for relaxing after a day of adventures. There are two beautiful bedrooms, one double and a twin giving lots of flexibility, and the bathroom has striking floor to ceiling tiling and comprises a bath for a long pampering soak (why not, you are on holiday!) with shower over. The outside space has an array of colours from the many plants and flowers and a lovely walled garden. Here you can enjoy morning coffee before you set off for the day, or kickback with a sundowner as the sun sets and the starry sky above reveals galaxies, clusters and the occasional shooting star.
You are spoilt for choice when it comes to days out. The amazing Dingles Fairground has one of the most incredible collections of fairground rides in the country and will be a hit for children of all ages, whilst the stunning Roadford lake, one of the largest in the county has a host of wonderful walks. For a real day out, try Lydford Gorge, which includes woodland trails through a gorge that boasts a large waterfall, you can even stop by the kids’ play area and tearoom, perfect for the family and your furry friend! To the west, lie the must visit villages of Tintagel, Boscastle and Port Isaac, with the atmospheric Bodmin Moor with its fascinating tors and breath-taking views in the way. Dartmoor National Park is a joy to behold, with rolling hills, wild ponies and far-reaching vistas.
