Enjoy peace and quietness in an idyllic place surrounded by forests and countryside where the chlorine shared pool will allow you to take a dip in the hottest days. It sizes 15 x 5 meters and has a depth that goes from 0.5 to 2 meters. There are several sunbeds for sunbathing and other beautiful corners within the property where disconnecting and relaxing. In turn, the apartment counts with a lovely 20 m² furnished terrace with a dining table for 4 people under the parasol shadow. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours.The 75 m² apartment is on the 1st floor of the building and has no elevator. There is a rustic and current style in the inside that will make you feel at home, with all comforts in order to have a nice stay. Living room, dining room and kitchen share a luminous and comfortable space with wooden beams and other rustic wooden pieces. It counts with a sofa and two armachairs as well as a dining table for 4 people. The ceramic hob kitchen has the basic equipment (there is no oven but you can use the microwave). After that, the bedroom, with two splendid single beds to rest comfortably, a closet and a fan for the hottest days. We find the bathroom within the bedroom and it has a bathtub. The sofa turns into a sofa bed for the extra guest. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available. there is an independent shared laundry with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.The apartment is within a wider property and it is very close to the village of Arta, where you can visit the weekly street market on Mondays. The property is within the Llevant Natural Park, ideal for hikers or for family excursions. You can visit the beautiful caves of Arta or any of the mearby beaches like Cala Mesquida. You will find all basic services in Arta, and you can even enjoy its cultural offer centred at its theatre.Pets are welcome.The holding of events is forbidden.
