This cozy apartment of 25 m² has a master bedroom: with a double bed accessible through a vertical staircase through an opening of 90x60 cm, and the living room with two single beds, including a trundle bed.
Despite its compact size, the apartment is well designed for comfort and functionality.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay.
It also has a full bathroom with shower and all the necessary amenities.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the cozy living area and fully equipped kitchen. We provide essential amenities such as soaps, towels, linens, and cleaning supplies. The apartment has an open living room with a sofa bed. This sofa bed is both a trundle bed that converts into two single beds, perfect for two extra guests.
There is a single master bedroom, in which the double bed is located at the top of the apartment and is accessed by a vertical staircase and accessed by a 90x60 hole.
This makes a total of 3 beds for a maximum of 4 people per stay.
The apartment does not have a TV, air conditioning or lift
Total area is 25 m2 (small but cozy)
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.
The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay
No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover
In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
