Our property has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, living, dining, and laundry room, with a large backyard.
The living room has a brand-new couch with two accent chairs to enjoy the 65-inch smart TV with all the streaming apps downloaded. You are more than welcome to log into your personal account or use the screen mirroring function on tablets and laptops, since we do not provide cable. The internet in this property is fast and you're welcome to hook up your laptop or gaming system to the TV as well.
Our spacious kitchen comes stocked with the cooking and utensil basics to cook a meal during your stay. An oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster and other appliances make this kitchen a dream to cook in. The large dining table sits just to the side and allows plenty of seating, which could double as a place to setup your laptop and work from home.
The master bathroom features his and her sinks, a walk-in shower, a jacuzzi tub, and a massive closet. Both bathrooms are clean, updated, and stocked with all the toiletries one might need throughout their stay. The hair dryer is stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash are provided in each of the bathrooms.
The master bedroom features a king bed, while the other two have queens. We've been told they are the comfiest to stay on and are often asked where they are from. New linens in each bedroom also spice up the décor in this property. Two nightstands are on each side of the beds with USB ports, and closet space with hangers allows you to hide away luggage.
The laundry room is right next to the garage for use with an iron and ironing board available.
The backyard is large and sodded. A pergola is there, but guests should bring lawn chairs of their own to enjoy.
All areas of the house are available to guests with the exception of the owner's master suite and bath any locked cleaning closets.
Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door.

Elmwood Estate is located off of Frankford and 98th in a well established neighborhood called Springfield Subdivision. It is a pretty quiet are with friendly neighbors. Texas Tech is about a 16 minute drive from the house, but many grocery stores and other shopping is located nearby.
Lubbock is a large city and it's best if you have your own vehicle. If you do not, you can use either Lyft or Uber rideshare services during your stay. Parking is available in the garage, and there is always free parking available on the street.

- No Pets! Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine
- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in a $500 fine
- No smoking inside the property
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors
- Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
- If you break something, let Garrott or Shawna know immediately.
- Please do not use the linens in the bathroom to remove your make-up. If towels are stained upon arrival please let us know.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If a plumber is required because of items flushed by your party, you will be responsible for the service call fee.
