Welcome to Surf Shack 6, our bright & sunny 2br+1ba top level condo professionally designed/furnished by Casas by Craft & located less than 1 block to famous Windansea surf/swim friendly beach! Other features include wood flooring, Samsung SMART TVs in living rm & br's, 1 compact garage parking, dog ok, dual King beds, & sleeps 6 (4 adults max). *NOTE no A/C (floor fans are provided!) & fireplace out of order for liability reasons.

Light & Bright top level beach home! A set of stairs leads you to the front door second-level entry into a bright & sunny open floorplan main living area. This space includes a sofa bed, accent chairs, SMART TV, & designer touches throughout. Off the living room is a cute dining area for 6, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove & dishwasher. Off the hallway are 2 bedrooms, both with King beds & SMART TVs, as well as 1 full bath.

Beautiful Windansea Beach! Our home is located in a laid back beach La Jolla community of Windansea, a great family friendly area with a white sandy surf/swim friendly beach and local eats just a short walk away! Sneak peek:

Some of our favorite nearby eateries include Busy Bees bagels, Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, LJ Crafted Wines, Wheat & Water wood-fired pizza, & Duke's La Jolla family eatery. Also just a few blocks to Valley Farm organic grocery market & butchery shop.

Within 1 block to famous Windansea beach, which is both surf and swim friendly. Also nearby visit La Jolla Cove, with great snorkeling, swimming, & kayaking.
• Attractions
Just a few minutes away is the Village of La Jolla, with endless shops & entertainment. A quick Uber ride South will get you to Belmont Park's big dipper coaster and all new Plunge pool. Other attractions include ~10min drive to Sea World, over the hill is ~20min drive to the famous San Diego Zoo, and just ~15min drive to Del Mar fairgrounds and racetrack.
POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
• RESERVATION CONFIRMATION | Upon confirmation of your reservation, you will receive arrival instructions, parking details, wifi access, and tips on local eats & attractions.
