You'll be centrally located between downtown and the beaches, with two of the most desired areas of St. Augustine nearby. Davis Shores Community is the perfect spot to walk to many restaurants, stroll over the Bridge of Lions to Downtown St. Augustine, visit the Alligator Farm, or relax at Anastasia State Park Beach. It’s also a quick bike ride or drive to the Pier and beaches.

Walk into the spacious living space and full kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay. A convenient 1/2 bathroom is available for guests at the entry of the home.

The pool is not heated. Absolutely no items like chairs in the pool. No glass by the pool or pool deck.
Every part of the home is available for guest use, except for the locked owner’s closet and garage.

We are happy to host your dogs! 2 dogs allowed, please reach out with any questions. We ask that you do not leave your dogs alone at the house for long periods of time, distressed animals can cause damage or excessive barking can upset neighbors. The beach is dog friendly, there are leash laws. Please tell us about your dog(s). We love to hear about them!
*Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged, $100 for 1 dog, $200 for 2 dogs, for the stay. Please let us know when booking your pet information. There is no pet fee for certified service animals, we do ask as a courtesy to let us know if you will be bringing a service animal during your stay.
Cleaning Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities. We maintain high cleaning standards to ensure a pristine environment for your stay. In the unlikely event that you notice any cleanliness issues upon check-in, please report them to us on the same day. We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).
