This three bedroom, two and a half bath condo has an excellent open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and just under 2000 sqft of living space.Walking up to the home you will be taken with the charming southwestern touches, such as the warm Santa Fe inspired colors, copper garage, and rustic wooden entrance door, that leads to the private front courtyard replete with pioneer style accents. Walking through the front door you will enter the foyer with stairs leading to the above bedrooms and loft area. To the left you will find a small hallway alcove that invites you into the open Kitchen and dining area, continuing the Sonoran theme with festive and tasteful touches like two historic church pew benches boasting colorful murals by a local artist. The living area features a large leather couch and complimentary leather club chair with ottoman, where you can relax while watching your favorite show on the flat screen television that sits atop a beautiful wood entertainment console. You can easily enjoy relaxing in the living area while entertaining or cooking in the spacious kitchen with the generous breakfast bar and island that bridges the kitchen and dining area to the living room. The kitchen features light tan granite countertops that make for a stunning contrast agains the dark walnut cabinetry. Sleek black appliances and a glasstop stove give this kitchen a modern streamlined look that keeps it simple and elegant.Just off of the dining area you will find a sliding glass door leading out to the back yard with it's colorful brick patio and native plants. Moving past the kitchen to your left you will find a short hallway leading to the half bathroom with pedestal sink and the laundry room with full sized washer and dryer directly across the way. Moving down the hall a little further you will find the garage door. Going back to the entrance foyer and taking the stairs to the second floor you will find a small landing and then continue to the top of the steps where to your left you will find the loft featuring a small seating area with a futon that can be used to accommodate additional guests. Directly to the right of the stairs you will see the entrance into the spacious master suite. The Master Suite has a king size bed with a beautiful southwest metalwork headboard that sits against and perfectly compliments the cheerful terra cotta orange accent wall reminiscent of Tucson's famous sunsets. The room also has two matching nightstands, a large leather couch to the right and a stunning easel-mounted full length mirror. The master suite features a flat screen television that sits on a large seven-drawer dresser. There is additional wardrobe storage in the armoire located to the left of the bed next to the passage that leads to the master bathroom. The master bathroom features a private water closet, walk in shower with glass door and large double sink vanity with an additional vanity inset. You will also find the spacious master closet adjacent to the vanity. The closet features built-ins as well as a carousel shoe rack. Moving out of the master suite and back into the loft area you will find the guest bathroom with a shower and tub combination and the nearby linen closet with plenty of extra linens. Just beyond the guest bathroom you will find the first guest bedroom with a beautify decorated queen size bed. The bed set features a bright goldenrod motif and equally cheerful light green dresser. Their is a small nightstand with additional lighting to the right of the bed and a small desk area against the far wall with a computer flat screen and plenty of writing space. The Guest bedroom features access to the upstairs veranda, and has a sliding door closet. Just to the left of the first Guest room you will find the second guest bedroom. This bedroom features a dark walnut wood trundle bed with an additional twin mattress you can extend for quick and easy sleeping accomodations. Their is also a small nightstand with a reading lamp, a brown walnut bookcase for additonal storage and a smaller matching book case featuring a flat screen telivision. The second guest bedroom also has access to the upstairs veranda.The upstairs verand features beautiful views of the Tucson Mountains as well as the Rincon Mountains. You will also be treated to a lovely vista of the city lights as the sun sets.If you would like to take a scenic walk in our beautiful Tucson weather you can easily do so by stepping out your front door and onto the Rillito River Walk. Anytime of day or evening you will find people jogging, walking, or bicycling this well planned path that follows the Rillito River Wash.You can also opt to take an invigorating swim or relaxing sit in the community pool and spa.Home also comes with High Speed Wireless Internet, land line, and cable TV.
