All have all private facilities including a private terrace with bamboo chill out to relax outside or, in the summer, sleep, in an original, very beautiful, romantic finca or rural house in Ibicenco style in the Middle East of Ibiza in Nature, with south beaches and east beaches, close to several small (nude) beaches and idyllic small beaches and bays and less than 100 meters from the large beach of Cala Martina.
The house is next to woods, close to the sea, often clearly audible, in a very quiet area between the famous hippy market of Es Canar and Camping La Playa.

An absolute asset in the private garden is the beautiful outdoor chill-out made of bamboo with a roof, which is even suitable for sleeping outside (with mosquito net). But also garden chairs and a table, a hammock and a drying rack. The apartment is approximately 35m2 and the terrace/garden is approximately 30 m2.
In addition to the private garden, there is a large communal garden where you can relax or hang out and meet other tenants, with facilities such as, made from recycled materials, an extra toilet, which prevents visitors from having to go through your bedroom or kitchen, an open-air shower to clean your legs and feet when you come from the beach, a double sink to wash your hands or plates after the barbecue under the chimney at the back of the house. Also in the garden a washing machine, creative swing, a storage room for extra needs for all tenants such as yoga mats, beach mats, hair dryer, extra drying rack, cleaning supplies, fans, heaters, different types of coffee makers, blender, citrus press, extra cutlery, plates, glasses, cleaning supplies, fans, heaters, mixer etcetera.
Ask for an extra sleeping place for your friends, if necessary: An extra mattress for the floor or fold-out bed is available for a third or fourth adult or child at an additional cost.
There is also a roof terrace with beautiful sea views, as this is the highest house of the 7 houses, just outside the forest, next to the hippie market and the roof has chairs, water, electricity, safe, refrigerator on the 1st floor and a beautiful Bali bed. Please note that not everything is brand new, The interior, sofa, tables, chairs, kitchen, dressers are only v.i. bathroom, walls, doors, floor etc. are not. Sorry to mention this stupid note, but some people are disappointed because there are some stains on a tap or something... pots and pans and cutlery are cleaned by guests, while our cleaning service takes care of the interior such as the bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom and floors etc. (so it can happen occasionally that one finds a spoon or plate with traces of use). Also, some things that everyone can use are stored outside, such as in the communal garden that can show some dust or water stains, but in the garden there are water points available to clean yourself if necessary.
We provide AC, (air conditioning), even if we do not like AC, because it is not very healthy and we prefer environmentally friendly behavior. We have also rebuilt the house in a way where we have recycled the most, but ... also provide AC, even if you rarely need it. We provide it because many people feel insecure about the heat at night and we want to provide this escape to make you feel comfortable, but we are sure that you will experience that you do not need it because the house is airy, has blinds that give privacy and is cool when the windows are open. Please do not use unnecessary water and electricity.
Please note: the water from the tap is not drinkable; (large) bottles can be bought in the supermarket nearby and also in a water machine 3 minutes walk from the apartment (€2)
The house is located on a property, with security behind a barrier. Car parking is free in front of the entrance with the barrier, outside the property where our house is located, in the parking lot or in the street. So no parking at the house, but a few minutes walk. We are not on the bungalow park and reception, but have our house on the property behind this barrier. The compound is, with a few exceptions, car-free which makes for a quiet and safer environment.
The bus stop is in the street in front. Hiking along the cliffs, from 50 meters from the house.
