This summerhouse is situated by Kuohijärvi Lake. It is in Hämeenlinna district but in 50 km distance from Hämeenlinna town center by car. The house has ca 80 m2 building trade: Living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms , washing room and saunaroom. Water pipe for cold water. Electric cooker/oven, microwave oven, coffeemachine, refrigerator, freezer and toaster are available in the kitchen.The house is equipped with TV, DVD, stereo equipment and radio set. Internet access per Wifi is inclusive. Sauna stove, water heating stove and living room stove are heated by wood. There is also electric heating. Sleeping places are available for 7 persons, two of the beds are double beds. The house has a traditional dry outdoor toilet.The house lies on its own property. Parking is by the house. On the yard there is a garden swing for 4 persons, a grill for wood or coal, as well as a table group with benches.Distance to the shore is 50 meters. In the pure Kuohijärvi you can enjoy swimming. The shore is suitable for children to swim also. The rent includes a rowing boat. Angling in the lake is free. Spinning needs licence, which can be bought e.g. at R-kioski. The lake is fairly big for rowing. If you might want to go a little further to the lake, you need an outboard motor, which you can rent. It is possible to make trips to the isles on the lake, where there is also some campfire places for common use, in 4 km water distance from the house. Or if you prefer land activity, you can go to the forest straight from the house, having a compass and map with you. The local common roads are fairly well suitable for cycling, because the traffic is mostly low. For example cycling round Kuohijärvi makes 43 km. An old power plant is situated 1,5 km from the house by boat or by foot.The rent includes firewood, electricity, water, rowing boat with 2 safety wests for adults. The renter makes the end cleaning.You can rent a 4 hp outboard motor for the boat or Indian canoe 5,25 m aluminium. Ask the price for the outboard motor.The nearest food trade you can find at 25 km distance in Lammi or Tuulonen-Center in Tuulos. If summer night balls interest you, you can find those in Tuulos Kapakanmaki normally once a week.The arrival day is Friday, at 16 o'clock.
