At night, enjoy family movies, dinners from a cuisine lover’s kitchen or any number of world class eateries. A perfect match for families or remote professionals. When you arrive at your home away from home, use your personalised code to gain access via the digital keypad on the front door. Walk in and turn right towards the private master bedroom complete with ensuite and direct access to the large fully fenced crystal-clear in-ground pool. Alternatively, turn left from the front door to find yourself in the large light-filled living area, complete with large flat screen television. Exit the far end of the living room to enter the bright open-plan kitchen with espresso coffee maker and all the mod-cons and second living area. Just beyond, you’ll see the dining area/sun room. Both these areas have an unobstructed view of the pool and garden, so you can relax without taking your eyes off children at play. At the far end of the pool, you also have a perfect elevated viewing platform from the patio and alfresco dining area under the shade of outdoor umbrellas (put away in winter). It wouldn’t be a kiwi holiday without a BBQ, and the home’s electric Weber BBQ is your hassle-free ticket to summer meals your whole family will love. Off to the left of the kitchen, living and dining area is a hallway leading to the second bedroom with two single beds. The third bedroom, with two single beds which can be made up to a super king at your request. In between the two bedrooms lies the second bathroom with a bath/shower combo - perfect for babies and young children. Every part of the home except the garage and a couple of secured storage cupboards. Mel is only a phone call away for anything you require assistance with. Her number will be on a quick reference card on the fridge. If Mel is unable to answer, she will call return your call the second it’s possible to do so. For non-urgent matters, send a message via any of the channels provided post-booking and if unable to reply immediately, Mel endeavours to respond within a 2-hour period. The home’s owners want nothing more than the best holiday or stay for their guests. However, it is crucial to them that their prospective guests understand that this is not a party pad. While almost every holiday home lists this as a house rule, it is a strictly non-negotiable expectation that guests observe the no-party rule in this property. Any group who chooses to ignore the rule will have their stay terminated and their bond will not be refunded. HOLIDAY PROPERTY INSPECTION AND SAFE GUARDING CLAUSE Please be aware that in certain situations (see below) we reserve the right for our property manager to visit the property at random intervals for the duration of the booking. The property manager will never enter the home without first notifying and receiving acknowledgment from guests via a phone call or direct notification to guest’s private contact numbers or the guest’s booking channel’s (airbnb, vrbo etc) messaging system. If, on the property manager’s arrival, guests do not answer a knock and fail to respond to any of the other notifications, our property manager will not enter the home, but they are permitted to walk around the home’s exterior and grounds. In these circumstances, our property manager will return at another time with a view to making the necessary contact with guests to gain access to the home. Note: A random site visit will never occur more than once in a 48 hr period (unless the initial visit was abandoned due to limited access) and will be randomly designated any time between the hours of 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. Below is a specific list of situations where we reserve the right to apply the which the Home-Work Property Inspection and Safe-Guard clause: - Groups of under-25s, even where a supervising older adult is present - Peak Plus Season - 20th December to the 12 Jan - One Love Festival (usually last weekend of January) - Annual ‘Crate Day’ - Bookings inclusive of the 2nd Dec 2023 - Aimes Games - 7-day period, generally 1st full week of September - Following any report or complaint from a neighbour or someone in the community regarding unsatisfactory guest behaviour or property damage at the property - Emergency maintenance and/or repair
