This stunning privately owned, gated and recently renovated one story ranch style home is located in the beautiful city of Encinitas. We are nestled in the heart of the quaint and historical neighborhood of Olivenhain, known for it’s rolling hills, gorgeous estates and rural horse trails, great for mountain biking, hiking and leisurely strolls.
The Space:
Casa Lone Jack is a 10 minute drive to coast Highway (101) that features festive bars, delicious restaurants, craft breweries and beautiful picturesque beaches!! Sink your toes in the sand at Moonlight State Beach, Seaside State Beach or any of the lovely beaches that wind along the gorgeous coastal edge of North County San Diego.
The gated and secure grounds of Casa Lone Jack feature a larger than usual and beautifully landscaped front and back yard. The back yard includes a brand new salt pool and extra large jacuzzi. Along with the pool/jacuzzi, built-in barbecue/bar, grassy area, and gas fire pit there is plenty of room in the back for games like bocce ball or corn hole.
Beautiful lights illuminate the palm trees and yard and provide the perfect cozy setting for fun and relaxation.
The main house features 4 large bedrooms along with the casita together can comfortably sleep 12.
The spacious master bedroom has a king-sized bed and large full bath with a walk in shower and soaking tub.
Two other bedrooms in the main house have queen beds and the 4th bedroom features a queen/full bunk bed. In addition to the master bath, the main house has one full bath and one 3/4 bath.
The property also features a beautiful extra large detached casita which includes a king-sized bed, 3/4 bath, a twin day bed and has fun extras like a dual pool/ping pong table. In addition to a charming farm-style half door it also has sliding doors that open to the backyard and pool area.
This home is custom built, all newly renovated and is truly a one-of-a-kind ‘must see’ home. Full of extra touches and design features, it’s the perfect home for enjoying all that coastal Southern California, (with its near perfect weather) has to offer!!
For the little ones (and the young at heart), there's play areas complete with swings and a trampoline, providing hours of endless fun.

Guest Access:
* You will have the entire house, property and garage to yourself.
* Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles.
The Neighborhood:
Trains and trolleys are available to make various journeys easy and fun. For your little ones, Legoland, San Diego Zoo as well as the Safari Park are just short drives away.
Petco Park, go Padres!! is a 30-45 minute drive and even shorter by train.
Del Mar racetrack is just to the South and also hosts the San Diego Fair each summer. If you’re into culture and history the famed Balboa Park with its acres of historical buildings, museums, artist village and beautifully landscaped grounds is also a short drive away.
Other Things to Note:
**Please note People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. ANY FINES RELATED TO CITY ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS WILL BE PAID BY THE GUEST.**
* NO PETS WITHOUT PRIOR OWNER APPROVAL - - IF APPROVED - Pets: $75 (requires owner approval) 2 dog limit.
** SECURITY HOLD IS $750 AND WILL BE PROCESSED 5 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL AND RETURNED ON CHECKOUT DAY POST INSPECTION FOR DAMAGES**
* The person renting our house MUST be 25 years old per the City of SAN DIEGO.
The City of SAN DIEGO requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.

Re-washed Dinnerware
Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.
We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. If you find anything to be not up to scratch or if there are any items missing, please inform us as soon as possible.
