This spacious and elegantly designed home boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 13 guests. Large panoramic windows flood the interior with natural light and provide breathtaking views of the lake from nearly every room, the balcony and the patio! The open-concept living area features high ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and plush seating—ideal for unwinding after a day of lakeside fun. Two 65" smart TV's, one upstairs and one on the main level, a Blu-Ray player, and bluetooth speaker will keep you entertained in the home.
The upper level of the home has a desk for working with 2 monitors. The. desk is next to the Murphy Bed and room divider for a little privacy while you work before heading out to enjoy the water!
Games for you to enjoy include ping pong table, corn hole, pac man, board games, puzzles, and children's toys.

Trash is picked up on Tuesday mornings ~7am. Guests may be asked to take the trash bin to the curb, approx 10-15 feet from where it's normally stored next to the garage.
**Please only park in parking spots on property. You can also park parallel to garage. Parking across the street is not overnight parking.

Getting Around:
Grocery, restaurants and shopping in Deer Park,WA are a short 12 minute drive. North Spokane is a 30-minute drive.

All guests MUST sign liability release and rental agreement before check in.
We do have exterior cameras on premises. One faces the front walkway, and the other faces the dock. No cameras are placed in, nor do they view into, guest-only areas.
Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We want to offer our guests the best and most price-effective option for those incidents that we hope do not occur. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'. For Airbnb reservations: We do not charge a damage deposit on site because Airbnb offers AirCover. For non-Airbnb reservations: We charge a nightly fee for damage insurance in lieu of charging a damage deposit. This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay.
After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance.
