✔ SELF CHECK-IN: Guests will check in independently using a smart lock or lockbox. Some properties may require downloading an app for Bluetooth access. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent via email or message before arrival.
✔ PERSONAL CONCIERGE SERVICE: During your stay, you'll have access to your own personal concierge to assist with dinner reservations, local recommendations, or even minor maintenance issues like a leaky faucet.

AGE REQUIREMENT & ID VERIFICATION
To ensure the safety and security of all guests, we require identity verification before check-in. This process includes:
✔ Age Requirement – The primary guest must be 21+. Guests aged 18–20 may reserve with a one-time additional fee of $35. All other guests under 21 are welcome if accompanied by the primary guest.
✔ A valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
✔ Submission of a selfie and a scanned copy of the ID through our proprietary verification software
✔ All guests staying in the unit must provide their IDs
