You can also make use of the large communal garden and recreation area. Looking out onto Market Place into the greenery of trees, up to the lights of the Sky Tower and a peak down to the harbor waters. With the city on your door step, just walk out of the front door to start exploring from one of Auckland's best CBD locations. All the city amenities are on your doorstep, and some of Auckland's finest restaurants are only a short stroll away. The apartment itself is quiet, and it features all the amenities you can need including air conditioning, free WiFi and a TV for those rainy nights in. We provide our guests, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities. We use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfectly clean for your arrival. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the apartment but there is a luggage hotel in the area.Optional Weekly Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Please just send us a message if you need the extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with the cleaning company we use.Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (2x shampoo, 2x bodywash, 4x tea/coffee, 2x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes).Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest.Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.This is a professionally managed apartment so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.
