Other Things to Note:
Pool heating:
The daily fee for using a heater for the heated pool is $50/day, please notify us before your arrival and we will turn on the heater before you arrive so the pool will be warm for you. We charge extra for pool heating because it cost a lot of electricity and some people choose not to use it.
To maintain the quality of the pool, we have our pool guy scheduled for pool maintenance on TUESDAY&FRIDAY, though these days are still subject to weather conditions.
4 Small-to-Midsize Vehicle Parking Space is reserved in the front of the house. No-street Parking.
