The eclectic boho touches make the space feel warm and inviting. The open living and dining and kitchen space means the whole family can gather without feeling cramped. There’s plenty of lighting for reading, crafts, and remote working.

The sleek updated kitchen includes all the appliances and accessories you could need to create a culinary masterpiece or whip up a late-night snack.
The french-door refrigerator with water dispenser, glass top range with oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and spacious countertops mean any meal you want to prepare can be done with ease.
Take a seat at the kitchen island / breakfast bar that seats four and keep the chef company. All tableware and cooking utensils are provided for your convenience.
When it’s time to eat, enjoy your meal at the dining table that seats four comfortably.

After a busy day of campus activities or Dickson Street festivities, retreat to one of the four cozy bedrooms with tasteful furnishings and comfortable bedding.
Elegant accents, like colorful throw pillows and blankets, bedside tables with reading lamps, and soft rugs, tie the rooms together and make them feel extra homey, and all the rooms have ceiling fans and plenty of clothes storage.
The master bedroom features a modern four poster king-size bed, cool laminate flooring, large floor mirror, and a desk for catching up on work. The sparkling clean ensuite bath has a double vanity and a walk-in glass door shower. Fluffy towels and basic toiletries are provided as well.
The second and third bedrooms have queen-size beds, plush bedding, and soft carpeting. They both feature ensuite bathrooms with a single vanity and shower, as well as the fluffiest towels and essential toiletries.
The fourth bedroom is ideal for kids with the provided two twin beds. Colorful bedding and soft carpeting make the room a true retreat for a restful night’s sleep. The attached bathroom has a single vanity and shower, towels, and toiletries.
An extra half bath is conveniently located off of the living area.
The house is equipped with a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. We even provide detergent, so don’t worry about packing any!

The large fenced-in backyard is perfect for letting the kids loose, tossing the ball for your pup, or setting up a picnic lunch.
