Built-in 2020, this contemporary abode offers a spacious feel despite its compact size, with tall ceilings and an open layout. Sleeping four comfortably, it boasts a full kitchen, bar seating, a dining area, and a cozy living room. Choose between the double bed and double sofa bed for a restful night's sleep. Cooking is a breeze with the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with cookware, appliances, and utensils.

- We love dogs but keep in mind we have a two-pet limit, and charge a $75 pet fee. If you do not add your pet to the listing, we will charge you an additional fee after your stay. Our cleaners know when pets come :)
- Please no shoes on the carpet or within the home, there is a mat or a place to put shoes right inside by the front door. This keeps our floors in the best shape.
- Our home is on a septic system so that means only TOILET PAPER can be flushed down the toilet, please no other products.
- If you plan to use any of the extra amenities like the BBQ, Fire Pit, Porch, Yard Etc, Please clean up after yourself, we don't want any littering outside.
- Please be courteous with your noise level, we do have neighbors nearby and want to be respectful.
- If you damage or leave an abnormal mess to clean up, you may be billed for extra cleaning services, we keep our cleaning rates reasonable so please be considerate.
- Please be cautious of fire bans in effect, we are not liable if you get in trouble for burning during a time when you can't.
- NO SMOKING, we have exterior covered areas for that, please put all cigarette buts in the trash can once fully out.
- During the fall and winter months, there is a possibility of power outages. The homes are equipped to accommodate. However, we can not offer outage-related refunds outside of our cancellation policy and would recommend getting trip insurance in case you do need to cancel last minute.
