Appliances consist of a Rayburn, double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, a Smart TV and DAB radio. Outside there is a front garden with lawn, patio, furniture and children's play area, an enclosed rear garden with lawn, decking, furniture and hot tub, and a private driveway. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all available, along with a travel cot and two stairgates.
