The spacious open plan kitchen/living space comprises a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, sofa, coffee table and smart Tv. There is high speed wifi throughout the property. The relaxing bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes and a comfortable double bed with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom features a shower over bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. The sofa in the living space can be converted to a bed for 1 person for an additional cost - please select 3 guests when booking.

-If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply).
-If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to able to rearrange check-in.
- For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee.
- For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee
- We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property.
- Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am.
- If you break something, let us know before you check-out so that we can replace it before the next guest arrives.
