At Mourelatos Lakeshore Resort, optional amenities include beach access to our 275 foot private beach including kayaking, paddleboarding, hydrobiking, lounge chairs, firepits, umbrellas, live music. Our onsite ice cream shop is popular.
Other outdoor activities within walking distance include the 124 acre Tahoe Vista Reginal Park, boating, hiking, biking, wildlife spotting, zip-lining, ropes courses, picnicking, fishing and stargazing.
Enjoy the convenience and ease with a complete campsite including a sturdy, weather-resistant tent, queen bed, plush bedding and chairs. Share a communal BBQ grill and eating area. Personal smell boxes at the site.
Flush toilets, hot showers and onsite laundry. Central location to all that Lake Tahoe offers. Onsite parking. Secure and safe location away from roads.

Campers will be required to pay the Transient Occupancy Tax and a Tourism Improvement District fee on the nightly cabin charge and the Resort Fee AT CHECK IN. These are set at 12%

You are in a Natural Sierra Nevada Setting. You are isolated in this camp site by intent.
Be aware of your surroundings and of all the amenities and services here at MLR.
Wildlife: It is not uncommon to encounter much of the Serra Nevada wildlife. bears, coyotes, racoons, birds of prey, blue jays, chipmunks, and squirrels. Bears do not attack without reason. They do not like loud noise. An air horn is provided for use if needed. They are only following their nose. Please do not feed any animals. They can be very aggressive.
Camping Amenities:
The sites provide a comfortable Sleep in the Forest experience. There is no running water nor electricity in the tents themselves.
An LED night lamp next to the bed and a Lantern for walking the path are provided to light your way.
A Restroom with Shower is located down the hill in the large building and are clearly marked.
A common area shared with all campers a picnic table, BBQ and Bear Box garbage receptacle is located above the main building adjacent to the trail.
Tap water is safe to drink. Drink Tahoe tap!

Beach Resort Amenities($):
Access to the Beach amenities requires payment of a daily Resort Fee of $40 per camp site. All guests at the Resort pay this daily fee. This can be found under Extra's and is a manditory charge if you desire access to these amenities.
Beach amenities include a beach attendant, hot tub access, beach towels, access to kayaks, paddleboards, hydro bikes, water trampoline. There are chase chairs and umbrellas as well as beach games like ping pong, corn hole, disc golf and sand toys. Picnic tables, fire pits and BBQ's surround the beach area. Live music is provided on certain evenings and yoga on certain mornings during the week. Access to Beach Amenities requires you to check in with the Front Desk to pay the Resort Fee and receive wrist bands for access upon your arrival.
Interaction with Guests:
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location.
If a Tentrr Host submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the host's property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!
Reservation Modifications/Cancellations: Please note the terms of the cancelation policy as they are outlined in your confirmation email. Your Tentrr Host is unable to change or cancel your reservation on your behalf, and they are unable to waive any cancellation fees (if applicable).
