A lovely, calm, and bright studio that can accommodate 2 people.
Close to all amenities: Super U and Lidl supermarkets are less than a 7-minute walk away, and you’ll also find a bakery, pharmacy, and more nearby.
The studio includes the following equipment:
A kitchenette with a mini fridge, vitroceramic cooktops, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, oven, dishes, and kitchen utensils.
Washing machine.
A living area with a bed (140cm*190cm) installed on 22/04, dining table with chairs, TV.
Blackout curtain on the windows and manual blinds for a comfortable night’s sleep, along with sheer curtains to block out the street light.
Shower room with a sink, hairdryer, towel dryer, and toilet. The shower was repainted on 23/04.
Portable fan.
High-speed Wi-Fi.
On 23/04, we installed frosted films on the upper part of the front door window to improve your comfort at night.
IMPORTANT: Please do not raise the blinds all the way up as they will get stuck.

The bed will be made according to the number of people indicated in the reservation.

Villeurbanne offers all the advantages of a big city in a greener and quieter environment, with direct proximity to the chic 6th district and the Part-Dieu area. Whether by metro, tram, or bus, you’ll have quick access to all parts of Lyon thanks to the excellent public transportation network.
Villeurbanne boasts a lively, rich community life: young people, families, and retirees enjoy numerous cultural venues, sports complexes, associations, shops, schools, high schools, and universities.
The diversity of the residents contributes to the unique charm of the area. Villeurbanne also has a rich cultural heritage, with historic landmarks such as the Gratte-Ciel buildings, the Hôtel de Ville, Théâtre National Populaire (TNP), the Anatole France school, the Maison du Livre de l’Image et du Son, Studio 24, the Astroballe (home of ASVEL), and the former Bayard or Bally factories. The city continues to evolve with new districts, such as the Terrain des Sœurs, where our new development, Carrare, is currently being marketed.
Culture:
With diverse venues and major events, Villeurbanne is a cultural hub. There are public and private theaters (TNP, Théâtre de l’IRIS), the National Music School, concert venues (Toï Toï Le Zinc and Le Transbordeur), the IAC (Institute of Contemporary Art), an independent cinema (Le Zola), cultural centers (Rize and CCO), a Ninkasi, the Maison de l’Image et du Son (city media library), the Invites Festival, and the Youth Book Festival.

There are many sports facilities, including the Astroballe for our basketball champions!
Villeurbanne hosts two major markets:
The "Gratte-Ciel" market (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday).
The famous Wilson Square market (Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday), known for its friendly atmosphere and unbeatable prices. Here, you can enjoy breakfast at Bettant's terrace or have a glass of red wine at the stand.
A few good addresses and neighborhood highlights:
The Brotteaux district, with its typical Lyonnais atmosphere, terraces, and lively spots.
The neighboring Gratte-Ciel area, the heart of Villeurbanne, featuring 1930s architecture (including Hôtel de Ville and TNP) and many food shops.
Les Puces du Canal, a charming flea market, is a great alternative to the overpriced hipster thrift shops in the slopes.
The Transbordeur, arguably the best concert venue in Lyon (this is my personal opinion!), is located in Villeurbanne.
A fantastic network of libraries with many events throughout the year.
The Institute of Contemporary Art, with cutting-edge exhibitions, is just around the corner!
The Invites Festival, which attracts more and more people each year.
The famous Parc de la Tête d'Or and its zoo.
All other Lyon neighborhoods are reachable in less than 15 minutes by public transport.

From Gare Part-Dieu to the apartment (14 minutes):
Take bus C3 towards Vaulx - La Grappinière and get off at Blanqui - Le Rize stop. The apartment is a 3-minute walk away.
From St Exupéry Airport to the apartment (45 minutes):
Take the Rhône Express to Gare de Lyon Part-Dieu, then take metro line A towards Perrache and get off at Laurent Bonnevay. Then, take bus C3 towards Gare Saint-Paul and get off at Grandclément. The apartment is a 3-minute walk away.
Public Transport:
Bus: Line C3, C26 - Stop "GRANDCLEMENT."
Metro/Subway: Line A - Stop "FLACHET."
Bike Station: Several bike stations around the apartment.
Parking:
Free street parking from 7 pm to 9 am.
