This property is located in a hot and humid climate zone. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, raccoons, ferile cats, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property.

Guests have access to the entire property, except for the owner’s closet located in the bedroom. The laundry room is located outside the back patio and is accessible by a keypad code, which will be given upon check-in.
Early check-in and late check-out times are available for an additional fee, providing there are no reservations within 24 hours of your arrival or departure.
Guests will receive a personalized key code prior to arrival. The key code is changed after every guest for safety and security.

Moonlight Mod will comfortably sleep up to 9 guests. There is a King bed and 3 queen beds. The office has a crib and twin rollaway bed option. All beds are outfitted with Helix memory foam mattresses with mattress covers, cotton blend sheets, 2 firm and 2 soft pillows with pillow protectors to maximize your sleeping options.
BATHROOMS: We offer Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. A hair dryer, bath towels, hand towels and dark makeup towels are available for use.
The main bedroom, living and back room have mounted Smart TV's with Roku.
KITCHEN: Enjoy an integrated cooking experience in the peninsula kitchen where the avid cook can whip up signature dishes using the complete suite of stainless steel appliances. Granite countertops enhanced by sleek mosaic tile backsplash extend to the breakfast bar that accommodates guests under wine pendant lighting.
