You will love this place for the nice breeze, the tranquility, and the cozy wooden house feeling, in an environment surrounded by views of the Roatan greens. Our accommodation is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with children.
In addition to its historic connection, this property has all the modern conveniences you look for in a home. On the ground floor of the house, there is an open living and dining area with an adjoining balcony, a reading corner, as well as a shared bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and all the essentials. The master bedroom is on the ground floor with a King size bed and a private balcony and upstairs there’s a cute loft with 2 single beds and its own balcony.

-Only the master bedroom has an air conditioning unit.
-Washing machine and dryer only available for stays of 3 nights or more.

Located near the fine Atocha Community on Coco Road, First Bigh. The house is surrounded by a very peaceful environment and Roatan greens, and is also accessible to boat rides.

* Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors open.

* Additional charge for Check-In or Check-Out before or after the established time 11:00 am to 3:00 pm a charge of $100+ will be made, confirm your check in or check out one day before your arrival or departure.
