Welcome to the Urban Cowboy Country Studio - an ideal getaway for one or two adventurous travelers looking to experience the grandeur and beauty of Sedona’s high mountain desert. Tucked away on a quiet country road, and yet just 10 minutes to Sedona, grocery stories, shopping, activities & world class hiking.
The studio features rich wood-paneled high ceilings and modern decor. Enjoy the big-screen HDTV and streaming services from your comfortable queen size bed with luxury hotel linens and plenty of pillows. The touch of a remote control button controls the studio’s air conditioning and heat, and there is also an overhead ceiling fan for your comfort. The studio features Starlink WiFi access for all of your internet devices.
A well-stocked kitchenette makes it easy to brew your morning coffee (all provided), uncork your favorite bottle of wine, store drinks & food in the mini fridge and heat meals in the microwave. The spacious bathroom features a tub and shower, with a large closet nearby. The bathroom also contains a washer and dryer, available for your use throughout your stay (detergent provided).
Outside you’ll have access to the full grounds. There is plentiful parking and space to accommodate a camper van or vehicle and trailer. Note: the studio is connected to a two bay garage, that stays locked and is not accessed by guests. There is a caretaker that lives onsite in a travel trailer located in the front yard. You have access to the 5+ acres, where you can explore the desert terrain, walk the country roads nearby, and experience the quiet solitude of this beautiful landscape.

You will have access to the entire studio. You have access to the grounds of the property. There is a two bay garage that is locked and cannot be accessed by guests.

The property is located on a gravel road in the country, with adjacent properties featuring larger parcels for horses, paddocks, barns, etc.
Please park in the driveway in front of the studio. You are welcome to walk the property, and the country roads in the area.
There is a caretaker who lives onsite in a travel trailer out in the front yard. The caretaker tends to the grounds and landscaping. There is occasional owner access to the attached garage. There is a short stretch of road, about 1/4 mile, that is somewhat rough but should be easily navigated by any type of vehicle.
Please do your part to maintain the impeccable condition of this home (and the surrounding National Forest) by reading and following the house rules. PLEASE: absolutely no smoking, fires, candles, or fireworks!
• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property.
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities will result in a minimum $500 remediation fee.
• No pets. Any evidence of pets will result in a minimum $500 deep cleaning fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties/special events are not allowed
• No firearms allowed on property
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified through VRBO and a current phone number listed
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind
