This renovated coastal-styled home is ideally positioned just 5 minutes from Soldiers Point boat ramp, 400 metres from Bannisters Rick Stein restaurant, Cheeky Dog and Soldiers Point Bowling club and only 600 metres from George Reserve which is perfect for children to swim and play on the swings and equipment. Walk a further kilometre and you will find yourself at Pearson Park where you can watch the incredible sunsets that Soldiers Point has to offer.
This beautifully renovated home opens to a relaxed living area complete with a Smart TV and free unlimited Wi-Fi. There is a large modern kitchen and dining area with a split system air conditioner and windows that fill the room with an abundance of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with complete electric cooking facilities, microwave, and dishwasher.
Down the hall you’ll find bedroom 1 and 2 both having Queen beds and bedroom 3 which holds two King Single beds. All bedrooms have built-in robes and ceiling fans, bedroom 1 also has glass sliding doors that lead outside.
The renovated main bathroom features a 3-way design with double vanities, a luxurious rain shower, deep free-standing bath, toilet, and laundry area. There is also another toilet and shower sitting beside the laundry, which is equipped with a top loader washing machine.
