In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.
Parties, events, and social functions are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property.
No undeclared guests are allowed.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Do not leave the place excessively dirty.
Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave.
No pets are allowed. Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty.

Use of Common Amenities:
 Only 1 to 2 guests at a time per unit can access the common areas such as Fitness Centre, Game Room and Business Centre.
 Use of common amenities must be pre-registered, pre-scheduled and is subject to approval by the Host or his On-site Manager, after proper coordination with Complex Management. A minimum charge of $50 per group will be charged for stay less than 4 days.
 Guests must submit a request at least a day or two prior to access of the common amenities. The Host needs at least two to three hours to review and schedule your request with the Building Office.
 Once access is approved by the Building, Amenities Agreement Form & Waiver must be signed by Guests.
 Unauthorized access or No prior approval is subject to a fine of $100/person per day.
 Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150.
 Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors allowed.
 CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone.
 Please observe all the other house rules set by the Building Management when using the common amenities. Any violation, excessive noise and non-observance of the Covid 19 Guidelines will result to a fine of $200. If a guest proves to be threat to safety and security of the Residents and other Guests, the Host & Building Management can resort to immediate eviction.
 Amenities are not for commercial use.
